I will explain about check-in.

■Check-in: 16:00-24:00
■ Check-out until 11:00

■About storing luggage
We are available from 9:00 to 15:00.
*As this is an unmanned hotel, please contact us in advance if you wish to leave your luggage. (Please also let us know the time.)
*We do not allow you to store your luggage after check-out.

■About early check-in
We can accommodate you from 1:00 PM onwards (normal check-in is from 4:00 PM). The fee is 1,500 yen per hour.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to use this service.
*Payment must be made by card on the tablet on the day.

■About parking: If you wish to use the parking lot, you must make a reservation in advance. The parking fee is 1,300 yen per night. Payment can be made by card using the tablet when you check in on the day of your stay.
*If the parking lot is full, please use the nearby paid parking lot.

■Sleepwear is not provided in the rooms. Please prepare your own sleepwear in advance.
*We have gowns available for rental at 250 yen each. Please let us know by the day before if you would like to use one.

[Email from the hotel]
1. Two days before your stay: A link to enter your guest information will be sent to your registered email address or phone number (SMS). Please enter your details.

2. The day before your stay: If you have registered using the link in the email you received in advance, a QR code will be issued. Alternatively, please check the 6-digit check-in code in the email. (If you have not received the email, please contact us.)

3. Check-in on the day of your stay: Go directly to the hotel, enter the QR code or 6-digit check-in code on the tablet, and check in yourself.

4. After checking in: Your room number and room key PIN will be displayed on the tablet, so please check them before entering your room.
